Served as the main point of contact for technical support for the end-user community via face-to-face, telephone, and remote technical assistance.
Troubleshot hardware, software, and connectivity problems to minimise downtime across the organisation.
Assisted in onboarding and offboarding processes including account creation and equipment preparation for new and departing staff.
Installed and configured desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices for end users.
Performed basic forensic analysis of Windows operating systems to investigate user activities and system artefacts. Documented findings and provided formal recommendations.
